In person at the US Bank branch inside the Schnucks at 3430 S. Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63118: Tenant will use counter deposit slips identifying themselves/their unit and deposit into Sommer Property Investments account ending #0032.

Tenant can set up electronic Auto-deposit from your account into ours. If your bank offers this service, let us know and we will provide a routing & account number. This is not the same thing as “bill-pay” and should not generate a paper check mailed from your bank, but an automatic monthly deposit.

Mailed with ample time to be received by the due date or hand delivered into our mail slot or by appointment to our Property Management Office at 3406 (mail) or 3404 (in person) Roger Place, St. Louis, MO 63116.

Rent is not considered “paid in full” if it is a partial payment with an outstanding balance, and will accrue daily late fees until paid in full.

Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee, and rent paid by a “bounced” check shall be deemed unpaid and will incur late fees until substituted by cash, a money order or certified check.
